Rachit has over 23 years of experience in M&A, fundraise, valuations, and project appraisals. At RCPL, he leads transactions for promoter-led businesses, family offices, and funds, across consumer, industrials, building materials, hospitality and logistics.

He has advised on over 25 transactions over his career covering buy-side, sell-side and joint venture formations. He also is an Investment Committee Member of the USD 50 Million Lotus Innovation Fund, the investment arm of Lotus Herbals Pvt Ltd.

Rachit is known for hands-on involvement from first discussion to closing, combining analytical rigor with commercially grounded advice for founders navigating high-stakes decisions.

Before founding RCPL in 2011, he spent six years with KPMG Corporate Finance in Mumbai and held roles at HVS International and the hospitality arm of the Chaudhary Group, giving him a rare blend of advisory and operating exposure.
